Not medical advice

The workouts, exercise pages, guides and timer on Reppy are for general information and education only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Using Reppy does not create a doctor-patient or trainer-client relationship.

Talk to a professional first

Check with a doctor or another qualified health professional before you start a new exercise program. This matters most if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or surgery, have a heart, lung, joint or blood pressure condition, or take medication that can affect exercise. Do not ignore or delay medical advice because of something you read on Reppy.

Listen to your body

Stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness, chest tightness, unusual shortness of breath, or anything else that feels wrong. If you think it is an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Equipment and space

Before every workout, check that your dumbbells, bench, pull-up bar, door frame or table is in good condition and can hold your weight. Clear the floor around you. The doorframe row uses a solid door frame or a heavy table. Stop if it moves.

Loads, reps and intensity

The weights, reps and times on Reppy are what one lifter uses. They are not a prescription for you. Start lighter than you think you need, learn the movement, and build up. For-time workouts and sprint intervals are hard, so pace yourself and rest when you need to.

No guarantees

Results vary from person to person. Reppy makes no promise about fitness, strength, weight or any other outcome.

Use at your own risk

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You use Reppy at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Reppy and its owner are not responsible for any injury, loss or damage that comes from using the site, the workouts or the app.
